Neuma Hybrid Issues

I recently picked up a set of Hybrids on eBay, and put them to work. I have so far only used the standard stroke machine for a couple of hours. The problem i'm having is that the motor will spin up much faster than what it was set to after a few seconds of running. Some of the time it would stay constant, and the times when it does speed up it stays constant until I take my foot of the pedal. Then it starts at the slower speed again when I resume. I would have just posted on Amuen.com, but you need to get an invitation code! Pfft! Any thoughts?

I was going to make fun of your comment until I realized something priceless. I'm the idiot that came to a forum like this to ask about something most of you aren't qualified to even think about let alone answer. Thank you for reminding me this is a forum for the uninitiated, uneducated, and misinformed public whom can't wait for the next Ed Hardy t-shirt or (insert city)ink tv show to air. whatever buddy, you obviously didn't read the sticky posts that read "read this before you post". your first mistake was buying an over engineered machine, the second was not posting it on the neuma forum, the third was being rude to a polite post, and the fourth is yapping your mouth about shit you don't know about. there are plenty of people here who know bout neumas... neuma and tattoonow have plenty of history. don't let the door hit your ignorant ass on the way out, and good luck with your hybrids.
