Splash of Ink thief!

YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING!!!! THIS GUY, "DEAD" HAS RIPPED ME OFF! HE'S STOLEN $50 (deposit) and my DESIGN! CLAIMED HE WAS OPENING "SPASH OF INK"/TAT2 ON FT LOWELL/COUNTRY CLUB. I spoke to him as this "shop" 3 weeks ago. He took the deposit, and my design, promised to send his artistic take of the design, and make an appointment for that Mon. I'VE NEVER SEEN OR HEARD FROM HIM SINCE!!! OBVIOUSLY THIS IS A REALLY BAD REFERENCE FOR "Splash of Ink"/Tat2!!!! The shop had equipment in it, but has been cleared out totally! No body seems to know who this guy is so I'm just going by the reference to "Dean" on this site. Anyone who can provide more details should post them here also!
