whats the difference between traditional and regular tattooing?

I went to a tattoo shop and the guy working told me he only does traditional tattoos, he didnt want to do the picture i drew. he said my drawing wasnt tattoable. i know there is Asian styles, and tribals, but whats the difference from a regular one?

The guy you talked to is obviously not a real artist if he said that your design is not tattooable. Anything can be tattooed, it's just a matter of how much it's going to cost you!
